Fleet is a free two-player strategy game. Play it, enjoy it, do not wreck it for anyone else. That is very nearly the whole agreement.
Fleet is provided free of charge, with no account required. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use it.
The server decides what is legal. Every move is checked against the rules engine before it is applied, and information your opponent should not have is never sent to your browser in the first place. If you find a way around either, please report it rather than use it — that is a genuinely useful contribution and it will be credited.
Fleet, its rules, its artwork, its tile designs and its printable models are the work of their creator. You are welcome to print the physical game for your own use and to teach the rules to anyone. You may not sell the game or its files, or present it as your own work.
Game rules are not protected by copyright and never have been. The specific text, the iconography, the models and the name are.
This is a free service run by one person. It may be offline, slow, or changed without notice, and games in progress may be lost when it is updated. No uptime is promised. If that matters to you, print the tiles and play across a table — that version has excellent availability.
Fleet is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the game or this site.
Using Fleet as a Discord Activity also puts you under Discord's Terms of Service. Nothing here overrides those.
Access may be withdrawn from anyone abusing the service or other players. As there are no accounts, this is a practical measure rather than a formal one.
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Fleet after a change means accepting the new version.
